That's not the case, i gotten 5-8 golems so far already and everyone of them is the same, never hitting more than 4, even melee. If he spawns diagonally from you, he will start with using ranged, though it seems like he's using melee. To make things annoying, i have to run much further off before he stops pursuing me . As regard to your theory about your ability to kill him before the update w/o armour, i find it really weird :-s . I've been mining all the time before even the update and have gotten lots of golems. Most of them quickly land a 10+ on me before my escape and sometimes got away with a lucky 0. Without armor, he should hit you very hard and quickly gets your hp down to 20+ in 6-7 hits. I don't see how it's possible, unless you used prayer all the time

Alot of people claim dessous to be the hardest. I killed him easily. I used wind wave on him and have protect from MELEE on ( he can hit 28s with melee) while wearing full mystic (good magic attack and defence bonus). I'm not sure if he uses mage anyway. I hear the website says his ranged attack always hit 5 so you needn't worry too much about ranged

Isn't taking house tablet instead of ecto better? You can just wear a def ammy(gives more def bonus than glory) instead and use tablet back to your house and mounted glory back to edgeville. Saves you trouble going back to heroes to recharge and you don't risk your glory as well

When someone follows me for no reason, my first guess will have to be: he wants to see the emote. So i wait.. 10 seconds before i say "?". Usually the person will say "emote plz" just as i guessed. sheesh.. :roll:

The gloves of silence are practically the most useless crap ever invented for thieving. There's simply no difference even if you wear 1 or not and wears off before you know it.
