Doubt so. A change in game version usually involves a large graphical or just a continued game from its predeccesor story-wise. Adding a huge bulk of content into the game at once may just make rs seem like a rs2 expansion. Many kinds of update can fit this description, even a bank update. Now just stop speculating. #-o

Does it not occur to you that vial merchanting works the same way as what store bots do to our dear nats? Like them, you are just hogging all the stock of vials to yourself for solely profit. The people who needed small amounts of vials can't buy from shops because out of stock and probably not from merchants who usually accept sellers buying 1k+ at a time.

Comparing efficiency (how your moneymaking method can support a suitable exp/hr to achieve the goal in shortest possible time), blast furnace mith plates i personally rank it best after steel plates smithng from bars and bolts. The blast furnace mith plates goes up to 35k/hr with a small profit of few hundred gp per plate you alch. It's better than gold ores since those involve a loss for some 20k exp/hr more. Test a skill-related update first before you judge its usefulness. :roll:

How would merchanting die? I believe the grand exchange(ge) will work like the general store we have. People who are oblivious to prices of the item would sell for lower prices than street prices, what a merchant looks forward to. The merchant can later just sell it for the street price and still make a profit, or he could make use of the scenario stated by Sharane. However, since such a situation doesn't happen commonly, merchanting may decline due to intense competition.

The longer attack speed from longsword is not worth its rather insignificant differences from the scimitar. Players who have high enough attack to hit accurately enough would go for speed. The +5 str bonus is not useful as well, probably allow the longsword to hit 1-2 damage higher than scimmy. Assuming scimmy hits 5 times in the time longsword took for 4. The extra 1-2 damage sacrifice for 1 hit can't make up for it.

I don't see any problem with the bugs&suggestions forums. Most of the glitchs posted there are mostly graphical errors or just inconviniences that hinder a good playing experience. Obviously the rule state bug abuse for personal gain is not allowed, and such threads doesn't occur in the forum, so it has not break any rules. I'm sure any thread in there that does would be edited and locked by mods.

Put your house in brimhaven, tele there and run to the brimhaven go mine. Make sure you have at least varrock armor 2 worn, that helps. 10 gold rocks there in a crescent shape with 1 gold ore spawn from floor. Tele cw after mining finish.

They are doing good for quests, not much barely any storyline or reward quests this year. Quest requirements are increasing and that's a good thing.

You should avoid dying whenever you can and only hope for rol to save should you lag/disconnect out of game while fighting a high lvl monster at last resort. :?

I would suggest you just stick to your current goal for now. Having too much goals is not good, it's just a distraction. *Points to your sig* MS would know because he is getting 99 mining with gold ores at crafting guild i think. I remember him saying he is getting 10-15k exp/hour Yes i know, but any normal player besides him would know as well, as much as or even more than him. And wouldn't the 99 miners know better than him? Obviously crafting guild isn't the best place to mine gold unless f2p.

Agreed. I think Jagex should reduce highscores back to 500k again. It's sad that a measly lvl 60 for certain skills get you into the top 100k players. :boohoo:

Same thing with my homeworld, world 92, except that before the lag ended slightly, if i was moving, my guy would trace back to fro his steps for 2-3 times before moving on. What a waste of energy.

Farm lvl unfornately doesn't affect rate of getting diseased. I believe ranarrs have relatively higher rate of getting diseased than other mid-lvl herbs (toadflax - torstol).

I doubt so, cosmics are so far in my knowledge hard to sell in bulks at above 150 each. Even at doubling, it evens out with nat price. Nats have higher rc exp. Prove me wrong? Not.. a good idea. You're placing all your hopes on just a rare visage drops. Black dragons don't drop anything else good, so you are better off with irons, drops visage as well with other dragon drops to back you up.

The talisman can be used to access air,earth,water,fire altars, it cannot be made into a tiara. Obviously yes to Q2.
