Mods could also stare at the list and kick the instant they enter, but kicking only restricts entry for next 1 hour. Your best solution is however, just report them and add them to your ignore

No, all wild jade vine is always lvl 167, same size as well. I'm pretty sure size doesn't have anything to do with the difficulty in fighting the vine.

you are possibly the one imbalanced sir. mugged99 has a point there. The fact that melee and range attack bonuses are concentrated most on weapon, but armor for mage and the ability to melee well in other class armour and not vice versa with the system largely luck based makes the combat system rather "unfair"?

Not actually something they can do when they like to. Such an update usually involves an agreement with the telephone company or something to provide such a service for you, if the company decides to refuse or withdraw, not really something Jagex could do about. I believe the reason why pay by phone is available in US and UK is that they have company branches in those countries that make payment easier for processing. Other countries paybyphone may just involve expensive overseas calling (i think). :|
