  1. I thought that meant that people whose names started with numbers were on team B. :-k 290
  2. I don't know if this is what you were referencing, but there is a famous book with the title of Heart of Darkness (the premise of the movie "Apocalypse Now" is based off of it). To summarize the book (very briefly): it is about a sailor, Marlow, who is tasked with the job of going up the Congo (back when it was first being taken over by the Europeans) to find a man, Kurtz, who has evidently gone insane after spending so much time so deep into the jungle (he worked as a trader whose job was to get ivory from the natives for sale in Europe and elsewhere). When they finally get to Kurtz, he is dieing, but they also find that he has complete control over a local tribe (they pretty much worship him like he's a god). The point of the story is that people, no matter what they are on the outside, can also have a very corrupt, or dark, heart that can be brought out by removing the rules and restraints placed on people by society (Kurtz, before going into the jungle, had been known as a man of principle). I don't know if that will help with anything, but I thought I might as well give you one more thing to think about. :P
  3. OFT/ Lol OT/ 7 I find it humorous that you "shame" the guy above you and then post the wrong number (you were suposed to put 6; probably a typo, but I find it funny nonetheless). =D> 7

  6. Intuitive (how'd you know I was messy? )
  7. A rainbow goes on a rampage and starts taking people out with a high-powered gold coin gun (the ammo is stolen from the leprechauns' pots of gold at either end of the rinbow). *Presses the lego-shaped button*
  8. Granted. However, since you are an idiot, you decide one day to stand up on a roller coaster just before it goes into a tunnel and you end up decapitated. I wish all the snow would go away (just in the places I have to drive/go to on a regular basis; it's fine on the mountains).
  9. You don't. You just buy meat at the supermarket. Why does it snow?
  10. 9/10 For some reason, it's hard for me to give anything a 10/10 no matter what I'm supposed to be judging. :-w

  15. I'm pretty sure you can get a wireless router to do that (set it up as a "wireless access point" (WAP)). Either that or you can get an actual WAP, but I'm not sure if these can have more than one ethernet port (I have one, but it only has one ethernet port). I'll go look at a few things and get back to you. Also, the only reason I know what I know is because I'm in charge of the (wireless) network at my house that was set up several years ago by my uncle, so I can't give any advice on what brands are good/bad these days; I just know what type of things you might be able to use. EDIT: I just looked at a bunch of access points and routers. From what I saw, I think it's safe to say you're not going to find a WAP with more than one ethernet port (although you could combine it with a switch to get more ethernet ports; also, if you go this route, you might want to make sure you don't have to plug the WAP into the router to set it up like I have to with mine (I'm not sure if others can be set up with a conection to a computer)). However, they also make routers that can be set up as WAP's and I would assume you can just plug things into the ethernet ports and get internet on them (same thing: make sure you don't have to plug your router into the actual router to set it up (although I doubt you'd have to)). If you go the WAP + switch combo, you will be needing a WAP with the "wireless AP (access point) client" option. I'm not sure how routers work when set up as AP's as I have never needed to use one as such. EDIT 2: I just remembered you said you can't do bridges (I somehow managed to forget that when writing this post :wall: ), but that's all I know of that can get this done (and, now that I think about it, the router-as-an-AP idea just might work, anyways). Good luck and I hope you find something that will work.
  16. The internet stops working for several days, governments collapse and the entire planet turns to anarchy. The little button with the 'cute' hamster picture on it.
