I think everyone has their own definition of "complete." Personally, I don't think RS can ever be "completed" (there's always something new to try), but that's just me. Someone else might think "complete" only includes trying everything; some might think "completing" RS means doing all the quests; etc. It just depends on who you ask.

If it drains at the rate he's suggesting, you'd probably spend as much time drinking prayer potions as you would spend attacking the monster. Not a very good idea when you can just prayer switch and save your potions (although I could see people using it on Jad if they get there with a bunch of left-over potions; maybe they could just disable it in the fight caves).

I wear prosylite and a Zammy item, bring about 10 prayer potions and a couple super attacks (and possibly super strengths if I feel like it), and pray mage. The best spots to kill them (that I know of) are either just inside the entrance to the Zammy stronghold or just oustide the door to the Zammy boss room.
