Your Epiphone is just about as good as a Gibson....Gibson is garbage.
  2. Don't think twice, it's alright-Bob Dylan
  3. She's on her .
  4. Very few guitarists play strictly one style. You just need to look hard enough. A lot of people know Buckethead just as a shredder with no emotion or originality. In reality he's a musical genius, he excels in every genre he's ever played. I'm sure most other virtuosos are the same way. Oh yeah, no, i've heard buckethead's other stuff. Very good. I know what you mean, but all i'm saying is that a lot of times people regard loud and fast as the paragon quality of good guitarists. Ok, agreed, but those people's opinions don't matter anyway.
  5. Awesome solo and rhythm, wish I could understand the lyrics though.

What the hell is the hype about? Like everyone I've ever met went to see it opening night at midnight....what is wrong with people? This movie sucked.
  7. Gotta love the cubes. For such a small and cheap amp it offers a lot of things only larger amps offer. It has a few different models I think and I know it has a few very well-made effects (Boss is owned by Roland and Boss makes great effects). It can also run on batteries which can come in handy. I'm not sure how well it does when it's cranked up though, I would imagine it wouldn't because of it's size.

  9. Second hand market would be wise. I recently bought a Vox ad15vt for my room and I love it. It only cost me $109 on ebay, definitely keep a lookout for good deals, there's plenty of them.
  10. Because they weren't before? Anything after their college stuff was built for MTV.
  11. Price ranges are very important.....how much are you willing to spend? Tube amps get very expensive very fast, so if you plan on going tube you really need a price range.
  12. Surprised no one has mentioned Zaza yet, he's pretty amazing. Buckethead has to be my favorite though, musical genius.
  13. lol. Tell your parents to get you gift cards/money instead :P
  14. "One and one and one is three".......without you John, I would never have known.
  15. Runescape Username: supaarcher22 Combat Level: 64 F2p or P2P: F2P
  16. I guess you can fool all of the people all of the time.
  17. I agree completely with the first three, but ya gotta be careful with Dean. Some of their models are really good, but alot of them are overpriced for the quality. No...that wasn't what I was saying. Dean makes great guitars, but not all Dean's are made for metal.

That was a pretty poor attempt. You have to be bit more critical to get the response you're looking for. i wasn't looking for a response, but, i'm sure someone as presumptuous and "wise" as you must've thought otherwise. it sucks, and i just wished to state my opinion. take it for what it's worth to you (probably nothing, in fact, yes, nothing!!!) as I take your opinion/thoughts....which hold nothing of value to me. btw, you can't get really get "critical" with saw, unless you're like 14 and think there's actual substance. I would hardly call what you posted an opinion, 9 year olds have more descriptive thoughts. But it doesn't matter, I'm sure you don't care enough about my opinion to even read this, much less reply.

  20. Ibanez, Jackson, Schecter, and some Deans are good metal guitars, check them out. As for an amp look into Roland, they have really nice crunchy distortion for metal and the built-in effects are decent considering they own Boss, which makes high quality effects.
  21. For the guitar: Completely dependent on what kinds of music you will be playing For the amp: Same as above Humbuckers/pickups: Pickups are the electronic devices underneath the strings on a guitar. Humbuckers and single-coil's are two different types of pickups, each with different qualities. Generally any guitar under 1000$ dollars will need to have the pickups replaced because stock pickups are usually terrible.

What A [bleep]ED UP MOVIE.....I think I saw the second one.

I've seen two Saw movies.....I have no idea which ones I've seen though....they all seem basically the same just with different ways of dying. I'll see this if a bunch of my friends are going, but if there's something better to do I'm definitely skipping out on Saw.
  24. 22 Frets should be more than adequate for you. AS you are a beginner, I doubt you will be playing up so high so often, unless you are a prodigy like the Canyon Rock kid (who happens to live in the same City as me ;) ). I have been playing for about 4 Years, and I only have 21 Frets, and I have only ever found one song that requires me too use Frets higher than what I have. Plus you can just bend your highest fret if needed.
  25. Get a boss tuner, mine cost like 25 bucks and it's chromatic, boss makes quality everything.
