Well, I paid attention to a tale of two cats and during a cutscene you saw robert the strong in Bob's memory, so Bob is the reincarnation. No, it's not. The only thing that sets Bob's code different from the other NPCs in runescape is that he doesn't have any restrictions on where he can go (except maybe into anything that requires activation like stairs, I assume). Unlike random events, Bob can't be in two places on the same server at once and doesn't interact with players without initial player interaction. Aneron Posted March 12, 2007 Share Posted March 12, 2007 I have met him multiple times at the Varrock anvils, and the Catherby fletching shop. Ran into him once in Taverly too. The only dialogues I could get out of him was the Star Wars one and the one about Varrock being an old city... :-# Hopefully a new section of the Zaros storyline will shine some light on him.
