I want a place where there are more than 5 coal rocks and no one goes to.

Well if your not scared of pkers, theres the coal rock at level 12 wild just north west of the monestary.

you could mine in the dungen betwen barb village and varrock. (i think its called edgeville dungeon) If you go to your left when you get down there and go past the hobgoblins and zombies there is a small room with 5 coal rocks and some other rocks. you need a key to get down there though.

im not saying use it, im just saying i use it because theres plenty of rocks there, usually always empty except for a couple people when i go there, and close to a bank

After having done Dragon Slayer (I doubn't you haven't), you can go inside the volcano in karamja, then north and through a false wall, then climb a rope, and you'll reach Crandor.

After doing Dragon Slayer, this is Crandor Island. There are loads of Adament rocks, but beware of the lessers right once you come thru the Karajama Entrance. Hope that helps.

If your not p2p you could join and go to the mine west of seers and use the carts to cut down on bank runs.

after that quest (or those quests, i believe theres two you can do), you can do the mini-game Manage Thy Kingdom, Fill up your coffers and then depending on how much you put in, you can have workers mine so much coal a day, or wc so many trees a day with nests, or pick so much flax a day, etc.

try to chose 4-6 rocks that's close to eachother.
