I'm wondring if it is legal to browse forums while doing something tedious (i.e. fishing or cooking) I'm pretty sure it is, but wanted to make sure. because that's what i'm doing right now

Nah, I won't die, I check every 30 seconds. Not to mention i've found that the full karils w/ zammy book and d scimmy can own any combat random except for plant :lol:

IIRC, the rule says "you must be at your computer", so yes, it is ok.

It's quite comfy if you have a big screen btw. I can browse forums and play RS at the same time, or just watch a movie.

its 100% legal. jagex doesnt recommend it since randoms may pop up... :uhh:

I got a 24" monitor so I can have the full screen browser as well as rs open full size side by side and can see both :thumbsup:

Not sure how others do it, but before I start playing I will open my browser (FF) twice. The first one I open a window for market prices, then another tab for skills, and lastly forums. Then I resize the window so I can read it, but still see what's happening on RS. Then I click on minimized browser window and max it then log into RS. Then I have my bases covered, so I can check prices quickly, or figure out what my plants are gonna need to be watched or to check on something in forums.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My pc definitely gets a work out. :D I had some new aka noob player call me a "scammer" because I said I just checked the price while we were talking... Ah the very young and dumb!
