Will H
People seem to forget/never knew that we (and every other living organism) are the result of a set of instructions. No miracles, no blessings, just a slab of unbiased, inherited DNA. Although I agree in a sense, there is one element in humanity that makes us different. We have the power of reason and it seems that no amount of DNA is able to create that. ~ W ~

Moonshadow
Hehe, Sheeple. I wouldn't think that 15% would work, but I am not that knowledgeable in genetics, so I won't pretend that my opinion really means that much. 15% seems like a good start, like it said though. And, the meat could still be used, so it sorta seems like a win-win situation if you don't count the morals. Sheep are raised for their meat, wool and dung anyways though. It just adds on organs to the list of why they are raised.

We have the power of reason and it seems that no amount of DNA is able to create that. On the surface, it appears blatantly obvious that we are different from animals and other living beings, due to our "reason" and "empathy". But when you get down to it, we really aren't all that different or "special" :-k . Oh, and I just learned about receptors in Bio today. It's amazing what DNA can do even with it's limited number of genes. [if you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.] Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.
