Just because they don't sell the games doesn't mean that Nintendo (and other companies) have thrown their copyrights out. Especially when the Wii is supposed to have things like Super Mario on it eventually (or now? I don't know...) Notoriously Trollish.

They also have contacted several companys about it and they are fine with it. So, it's legal.

I personally like the n64 emulators :P

I can't remember the furthest I've gotten, I usualy played it with my little brother. (never used cheats on it though :D). Some of the later levels are so incredibly hard. :shock:
