April 5, 200719 yr Hello. I used to do a little bit of barrowing, after doing In search of myreque, it was a little faster.. Except I still hated the run from Ecto to Canifis... One of my least favorite skills is Construction, but recently I decided to train it. I spent a little bit of cash, basically enough for 2k or so oak planks. I decided to give it a whirl, and try to get 50 construction. 50 really isn't that bad for a skill, especially when you have all of the resources.. So, it took just an hour or two (well, it seemed really fast) but: I got the 50 construction, gave myself the Canifis Pub portal/Altar. So now all I have to do is bring a home teletab, and I can be back at morton within seconds of finishing. It completely made my night that I did this, just another one of those small things that makes you happy. So, I was doing a few runs, just being really happy with it. one of my current goals is to raise my magic, and I want to do it in a combative/productive way, so barrows is amazing. Combine that with being able to do it a lot faster and I'm a happy guy. On the third run, I got this: (GSPEAR!) (didnt feel like paiting it to make it pretty) I am really happy right now :) Just wanted to share all of my happiness with everyone :) This little investment I made of buying the planks/rooms, turned out pretty big for me! This obviously isn't the average turnaround for it, but tonight's my lucky night I suppose! I wouldn't have gotten this spear without the 50 construction, cause I just dont think it's cost effective for doing barrows a lot, without the portal/ancients. Woooooooooo! -Man, I really do love Runescape, and I'm sure if it was a real person I would of asked it to marry me by now.

April 5, 200719 yr good job. i do pretty much the same thing, but use home teletabs to teleport straight to my house. when i built my house, and got to 50 construction, i was kind of mad considering it took 700k-1m just to get from level 35-50. but it has been worth it. since then, ive gotten multiple items including gspear and v helm. good luck in the future!
April 5, 200719 yr gratz nice job, i remember when i built my portal chamber and di barrows, so fast :) CANE Just to be different. Think about it. A freaking Dragon Cane with a Dragonstone gem.The spec will simply your character equiping a glove and beachslapping the enemy, who will break down and do the Cry emote for 10 seconds straight.
