So here's my attempt at the fight caves earlier.. A few different things went wrong. I accidentily had prayer off one time vs the 360s and took some 30+ damage a couple times. Also got reamed by a 360 which spawned on me TWICE so that's 80+ damage had to be healed.

 

 

 

It went well though, all I really wanted to try to do was get to Jad.

 

 

 

 

 

 

At this point, I was completely out of prayer potions and brews. I just had to try to safespot the 180, and that was easy to do because he spawned behind the 360. Kill the 360, and then safespot the 180 without prayer to conserve prayer for the 360s.

 

 

 

That was done, then I got here!

 

 

 

 

 

 

At this point I knew I had to kill them fast to even get to see Jad..

 

 

 

I did successfully.. and had about 30 prayer left and 50% hp...

 

 

 

I haven't faught Jad before, but I HAVE been screwed over at Barrows by the prayers not working correctly.

 

 

 

I withstood a few of his attacks (never really watched the movies in depth, and barely memorized which animation meant which).. I wasn't nervous or anything, like most people get, but misclicked and clicked protection from melee.

 

 

 

I clicked range pray as fast as I could, but...

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hehe, you can see both prayers are on... I was kind of worried about this happening (even if I was full inventory) because my friend weponsgood was doing caves at the same time and died to Jad due to this problem minutes before I got to him.

 

 

 

I'm not sad or upset about it like most people, in fact I learned a few things... Like I said before, I didnt really watch the videos, so I didn't know what monsters attacked with what attacks, how to safespot, etc.

 

 

 

I also learned that I'm going to use Karil's xbow the entire way through, just don't care for the crystal bow's weakening as time goes on.

 

 

 

Going to stock up and give it another try tomorrow, except I'm going to do it on my roomate's computer and record it.

 

 

 

Was a ton of fun, can't wait to try it again.

Ahem... Nice job on the figth caves though, you were pretty far when I logged off, you last told me you were at the two 360's, which, to tell the truth, is farther than I sorta expected you to get, seeing as you had the bare minimum "rehearsed" for the fight caves. Still though, you got to Jad! Very nice acomplishment therer! Hopefully your signature will say "Jad-1 Alpha-1 next time you try. :wink:

No one has posted here for a month? ive got to fix that. By the way alpha...add my pure Bleed Method, i know how you hate pures. :P But im a total range addict, so i figured a new character was the best way to get my fix. Hell...if its for favorite skill may as well get 99 twice right? \
