i saw a guy in seers buyin 2k colored so i asked him y hes buyin, he said it gives smithing exp to smelt. does this give good exp, and wat do u get as finished product?

I think you're being fooled. No colored ball that I know of can be melted for smithing exp. Unless you're talking about turning steel bars into cannon balls...?

Canonball is the only possible answer. The only thing that is called "Coloured ball" is a quest item and untradable.

It probably is cannon balls. Maybe you miss read the cannon part of it for color, or he miss typed it. Either way I echo the others of the other people who replied. What?
