Avid member being around 1 post a day. depends on how long theyve belonged to tip.it, like i cud make a new acc today and just rack up like 30 posts, that would make me an insanely active tip.it'er? pure:demon_x_king

April 25, 200719 yr I think i'm fairly active because I have 1.85k posts and I have been here roughly a year and two monthes. But I don't necessarily make a post a day I go through periods in which I post alot for a couple of weeks then stop posting for a few monthes. So inconsistent but active :-s

So that's about 1 post a day, haven't posted much after I registered, I mostly just looked at post and didn't post myself. Animum debes mutare, non caelum.
April 25, 200719 yr I'd guess that several thousand people are probably "active" members of these forums. I'm not sure if 1 post a day should be the requirement for that, but we've got a lot of active members. I go in and out of posting often... it follows my Runescape playing patterns. :oops: But I still have 1.11 posts per a day, which surprises me. I thought it would be less. : p
April 25, 200719 yr There's probably a lot of people who meet that requirement. Though bear in mind when looking at post counts that some forum sections don't add to that number. taking a break

April 26, 200719 yr Well, I joined 3 years ago but never really posted until late 2005, so does that make me an inactive member because I have less than 1 post per day on average? Obviously, I consider myself active, but I also notice that on topics that I see others respond to with useless comments, I usually just hit the back button and keep browsing instead of adding a useless tally to my post count.

April 28, 200719 yr Runescapers that are AVID tipiters? Well. Memberlist --> Pages: 2941 Members per page: 50 2941 X 50 = 147,050 How many of those being avid? Maybe 100,000. So a very small amount of Runescapers would be avid tip.iters. Unless we go by just people using the site. Probably 500,000 runescapers. Just a rough guess. I'm avid though. :
April 28, 200719 yr Mine should be kinda low, because I was a reader for the first half a year I used TIF. The code in my sig should say 1032 not 0132.
