Before Jagex updated it and made it better, I think Olaf's Quest was probably the most annoying quest. People were falling off the bridge, running back to the bridge, falling off again, and trying and trying again. 3 hours was the average time someone spent doing that part of the quest  Pretty crazy, huh?

My opinions about the top-voted quests

Mournings ends part 2-Was very easy with using this wonderful guide of tip.it

One Small Favour-Took a lot less than 2 hours, easy quest, though didn't know of tip.it yet.

Rat Catchers-Easy quest with using this wonderful guide of tip.it.

Sheep Herder-Was an easy quest, I didn't struggle at all, even though I didn't know of tip.it yet.

Tai Bwo Wannai Trio-Easy quest with using this wonderful guide of tip.it.

Recipe For Disaster-Easy quest with using this wonderful guide of tip.it. Olaf's quest-Haven't done it, ran out of member credit before its' appearance.

Monkey Madness-Easy quest even though I didn't know of tip.it yet. Also, I've always been good with the puzzle boxes.

Darkness Of Hollovale-Easy quest with using this wonderful guide of tip.it.

Contact-Quide wasn't launched yet, though it was an fairly easy quest anyways, took about 1,5hours.

Itchlarin's Little Helper-Easy quest, even though my old computer couldn't keep tip.it open.

Desert Treasure-Easy quest with using this wonderful guide of tip.it.

Lunar Diplomacy-Can't even remember doing this one, so it must have been very easy, I used tip.it guide for it though.

Fremennik trials-Easy, even though I didn't know of tip.it yet.

I guess I have to vote for a quest though, so I guess I'll vote for Ernest the Chicken, because I made it like second day playing and didn't know anything about the game.

Edit: Noticed just now, that it was for p2p quest. So I'll vote for the Dream mentor, because it seems to be the hardest of the quests which i haven't done.

wtf

a suppose rfd for the sheer fact you gotta do so many other quests for it

to me Recipe for Disaster, because it is the only one I have started and haven't finished!!! Having to other quest to finish this one. :wall:

lol don't feel right. i'm not p2p anymore and i can't really remember many of the quest but i do remember shilo village took awhile but it might have been because i was low when i started off being a member but i started that quest fast. in f2p i think the hardest ones were the ones i did soon after i joined runescape the quests were Ernest the chicken, and Prince Ali.

To be, or not to be: that is the question:

Or to take arms against a sea of troubles-Hamlet

Most annoying quest for me was um........................ Sheep herder I think... Mournings ends part 2 was sinch. I seem to like long quests and despise the short ones. :XD:

IRC Nick: Hiroki | 99 Agility | Max Quest Points | 138 Combat

Bandos drops: 20 Hilt | 22 Chestplate | 21 Tassets | 14 Boots

annoying quests for me would have to be Monkey Madness, and Contact.

Reason for Contact is cause nobody told me that it was a drop of death if u went near scarab on walls almost died with full rune on in there >.<

Whoever said that you cant big net to 99 fishing, watch me do it all the way.

Most annoying quests was one small favour and regicide. I thought one small favour would never end and I hated going through the pass 3 times in regicide.

#1 - Rat Catchers

#2 - MEP2

#3 - Underground Pass

proud owner of everyone and a cooking/quest point cape

I have to say that the most annoying one ever was rat catchers.. it was the last quest i did for my quest cape (except for the new quests, hen they come out) the house part where the guards are... was pretty hard for me

mourning ends part 2! of course :D

Mournings End Part 2. Most of the quest was alright, but the part that truly got on my nerves was the list at the end. It just about always annoys me when the quest gets to the point that you think it is almost over, and then you realize that there is all this junk you need to collect.

mournings end part 2, hate that quest :wall:

Got 99 cooking by own fish :).

Going for 99 fishing now.

Ooh my gosh I hate both Monkey Madness and Desert Treasure equally, made me cry so much, no just kidding but I did hate those quests till the end lol.

whiphurts.. at least you've done desert treasure, im lvl 98 combat and im scared to do it... how you think i feel? i heard so many things abt it, and how to do it. ex. mage it, melee it.... i dont no anymore... and mournings end pt2 well same i havent started it just cuz im not sure how hard it is, i heard abt the agility part but im talking abt if you get attack during it etc.

so in my opinion since i havent even done them

mourning pr 2

desert treasure

and rfd - the battles at the end

edit: o ya and the new quest, hearing that you gotta fight a lvl 300 with no prayer lets jsut say i didnt make it to the toilet in time

MEP2 definitely, the only quest to make my husband and I get into a screaming fight! (we both play RS and did it together).

2nd most annoying is rat catchers. I hated those guards!

I had no idea so many folks had trouble with Sheep Herders.

I guess I lucked out, all the sheep did what I wanted them to, the quest tookless than a half hour.

I'll reiterate that challenging to me doesn't mean Annoying. I love the harder quessts that take some real guts to get though.

I still hold that the most ridiculously useless quests in p2p are: Soul's Bane and Tower of Life.

I Hate WANTED!
