Cash from 99 skills ....

Recommended Posts

I would say that training slayer would be one of the best skills for making mundo money. I'm only at lvl 92 slayer and I already have a white phat, santa and mask set. This coming primarily from monster drops ranging from rune boots, g mauls, whips, and d legs, d skirt, d chain, left half of d shield and some d weps.

Of course, training the melee, mage or range skills could also mean going to KQ, DK or other non-slayer monsters that have wonderful drops if you're lucky.

thread loosing its point ... still not askign what skill makes money ... i was wondering how much you think youll have when all skills are 99 with pure profit ... like cut logs for fletching yourself then craft nats for alching yourself and so on ...

again if you're talking about training a skill to 99 then moving on I don't think you will have hardly any profit by the time you are done.

Finally your making more sense now.

Here I traducted it;

I was wondering how much money you think you would have by getting all of your skills to lvl 99 by being totally autosufficient.

Example; Cut logs, fletch them into bows, craft nature runes and cast high alchemy on them.

Example 2; Fish, then cook the fish, and use them as food for training combat.

I strongly recommend you edit your first post and put my traducted question. Or edit your post and explain yourself what you mean, because right now your first post is totally confusing and not to the point.

again, she's talking about only spending money when spending money when u can't obtain the materials for no cost, only hunter and con require that, and con u can spend 100 odd thousand then use limestone the rest of the way. hunter; you can buy 5 traps for birds and train those the rest of the way, so u spend about 100gp. sure it's slow, but that's what she's talking about.

On my road to 99 thief i stole about 3k of rannar seeds...

Lets say that snaps and all others account another 50% of that value.

So 4.5k seeds x 6 weeds per seed x 8k per weed = 225 mill from thief over farm.

I also stole 25k gems, mined 25k gold ores, made 25k nats after making unstringed unenchated ammies i high alched for 800ea average = 20 mil

So rewards for my 99 thief combined with a pinch of my other skills brought me 245 mill.

Mining iron brought me about 20k iron ores smithed them to 100k iron knives = only 4 mill but this is only 700k mining exp from the 13 mill needed so doing this would give you 75 mill for 99 smith and mining.

25k ammies made gave me about 2.9 mill craft exp...enough to make glories and black bodies...loads of extra money that could be made in those days...If you do battlestaffs or bowstrings, then also there is a load of money to be made.

Woodcutting to 99 on yews brings about 13 mill...mages bring a lot more (35 mill+)

Fletching those logs while making ur own natures...makes another 300 ea per log = another 13 mill

Farming the tree seeds from nests costs u nothing, selling them would rake in another few mill.

Selling the 500 dropped nests gives another mill.

Fish 99 on monks = 100k monks 300ea = 30 mill

Doing slayer 99 = at least 8 dragon drop = 4 mill?

3k of good herb seeds = 150 mill

10k bloods

30k deaths

100k chaos

If you do the clues...at least 100 rune picks, axes, 200 full helms (drops + clues)

80 plates, 50 legs, 50 scimmies from fire giants, 200 rune longs (drops + clues)

10 black masks

rune meds at least 100, 50 crystal keys and so on and on

So at least 200 mill, not counting any god items or Robin from treasure trails, just the usual stuff.

Yeah, according to me 500 mill would be easy peasy to get, but a lot of it will still be sitting in items at the end of all of it.

depends greatly on what you train on. If u get 126 combat kq killing or metal drags, or barrows, it'll be a lot, or if its pc, not much. all depends what u use

If you did 1k pc points at 100 combat you would made 1m... even pcing 126 combat you would make kind of alot of money

pc doesn't make money -.-

Yes it does, it gives you an amount of money every game you finish.

Some people dream of success, while others make it happen.

construction however, is the only skill that you absolutly have to pay out to get any sort of good xp from it. Yes, you can use limestone bricks, but that is very very slow.

Slow indeed I got from lvl 1 to 35 constuction without paying a penny erm a gp

Find planks

Make own nails

Mine clay

Easy

Its possible to do it to 99

EDIT: Sorry forgot you have to buy the house

It looks like most of you think he means buying the skill. Getting your own supplies would make you the most profit you can make. Some items you can cancel out like prayer and construction.

It's too hard to say what you'd make. You might get like 20 3rd age items while doing clues from training melee. But then you might not.

I wouldn't be so sure of that, sure Runecrafting, Slayer, Mining and skills like that will make you alot of money, but Herblore, Construction, and Prayer will drain almost all of it. I think you would be lucky to break even in the long run.

You're not listening to the point. He's saying if YOU got all the Raw materials.

But we all know that Prayer and Construction aren't money makers.

if you got everything, no skills would drain money. there are plank respwans, and you can get your own bones/herbs

Lets just say fletching form 70 takes around 60k yews. 60k yews equals 10m xp, almost getting you to 99. 60k flax to bs would be 900k crafting xp, alching would be like... 3.6m xp, and runecrafting (i think nats are 8 x each) 480k xp. AND mining for getting the essence, would be like 300k.

With combo kills like that, it would be quite profitable to get 99.
