runescapeloser22 Posted November 15, 2008 Share Posted November 15, 2008 Annyone has gotten the new guitar hero : on tour decades for the DS (wich is out from yesterday) I've had it for about a week. How is it? the songs , difficulty , ... It's much better then the first. There are much better songs and it's a lot harder at the beginning. The final tier is really easy compared to the first one, but the first tier is so much harder then On Tour, and they're actually fun. There was a rumor that it was in the first one if you five starred Knock Me Down on every difficulty, but that turned out to be false. But my dad got pissed and took it upon himself to figure it out because he thinks he's technologically efficient. Well, he convinced himself that there was a fault in the USB, returned the Mic, then got a Rock Band one, and at the time I didn't know you had to have the wii mote in so...Well, anyway. My friends and I gave up...And went to play Brawl and my careless, almost oblivious and stupid friend jumps back onto the couch with a wired GC controller in, throwing the wii off of it's spot and jamming the disk in upon ground impact. Honest to freaking God... Anyone know a way to extract it manually? Without opening it up? I found one way by fishing and pulling it out, but I've contacted Nintendo, and well...Cost me $60 dollars...Whatever though, anyone now a manual way before sending? :| EDIT: Also, will the Rock Band mic work with Guitar Hero? I've decided to trade in my GH3 game disc and buy a used 360 GH3, mostly for the online play, but a little for the achievements :) When I was at my friends house, we were doing score duels and we were playing the Devil Went Down to Georgia. Since I have it on Wii, the only time I've played that is on the Boss Battle, so this was my 2nd time ever playing the actual song, and I hit Devil Solo B. It was insane (even though it's not really hard), it was pretty epic. I also realized how amazing I am with an Xplorer, so now I'm going to go to GameStop and find a used Xplorer with buttons as epic as my friends. The GHtunes editor is a bit shoddy and has a bad interface, but the recording studio is where it's at. The only problem is getting the timing right for fast notes, I've discovered that my fingers don't work perfectly in that regard. It's a wonder I hit [garden tool]/pos at all :lol: And then it's a hassle to fix it up in GHtunes because you can't tell [garden tool]/pos from regular notes, and several other things I've found but can't remember are just plain aggravating. On a similar note, my TIGRYT 5th on 360 is 20th for all systems... Lots of GH2 stuffs that I haven't posted lately (in no particular order): [hide=Woman][/hide][hide=Tonight I'm Gonna Rock You Tonight (5th on 360)][/hide][hide=Search and Destroy][/hide][hide=Possum Kingdom (5th on 360)][/hide][hide=Hush (Reduxed for 12th)][/hide][hide=Girlfriend (3rd on 360)] I didn't even try for ticks on one of the activations, still ended up with 3rd...[/hide][hide=Tattooed Love Boys] 2nd worst song in the game[/hide][hide=Trippin' On a Hole in a Paper Heart][/hide][hide=Less Talk More Rokk (2nd on 360)][/hide][hide=X-Stream] Worst case of rank disparity: 7th on 360, 58th on all systems. This is due to ScoreHero's adjustment of PS2 scores, as the SP is placed differently on the PS2 version. The correct path for the PS2 version is MUCH MUCH MUCH easier to squeeze on, so it is much easier to place highly on PS2 than on 360.[/hide][hide=Yes We Can] Worst song in the game. Yes, I only have a few blocks of space left, but I'm asking for an SD card for Christmas. What exactly is wrong with it other than little storage space? :?
