Well I'm 74 strength (no pic of hit btw)...and I hit a 28 with a whip, I had this outfit: Barrows gloves, Mask (duh), glory, torag plate+legs, rune defender, quest cape, rune boots, ring of wealth, dscim.

 

 

 

I don't know if that's my highest. I didn't use prayer, and I didn't test it out fully enough to know, but it's the highest I've seen. I bet I'd hit 30 or so with a whip! :) Nice hit btw, I my mask.

Umm I could whip 45's at 95 str with dragon gloves and no fire cape I wont be using whip from now on for slayer so I wont be able to test new hits but im guessing at 96 str, with barrows gloves and fire cape I can nail a 47.
