It's kind of hard to get into F2P list now, it was easier to get in 2 or 3 years ago. I still remember someone told me that I should be on the F2P list and I had no idea what it is until I came across it by accident 2 years ago (and find my name on the list). It didn't took that long for me to get into top 35 rank, but due to several months of doing something else my rank drop like a stone.

 

 

 

The fact that those do still stay on the list tend to have way higher xp and lvls compare to other high f2p (who quit and stop playing), which makes moving up the ranks harder as well.

 

 

 

Just train and find the most efficient way (or most enjoyable) to do it, few months or few years at a time.

 

 

 

There was a thread about RS legend (got locked because too many spamming), and I saw some good old RS F2p on top that used to be my inspiration as well (and I even got mentioned as someone's inspiration, lol)

Central Keeper, i agree completely. Around 2 years ago i came across the list accidentally and i was about rank 150. However, my computer then stopped letting me play rs and ever since then i've been fighting to stay on it... It's gotten very hard but the challenge is fun.

Guess it's about time I got my name on the list. I'm a bit shy so have been waiting until I could hide a little way up.

And if Home145 is on there, I saw Cowboyjo, who is a p-mod and has 1,323 total compared to Home's 1,321 total as of this post.

I got 32 lvls left till maxing f2p, i will get me 98 rc today :P (99 rc on x-mas day, don't miss it :P)

 

 

 

I expect to max before the summer vacation and I hope I will be 4th f2p to max then, if not i just had a jolly good time, hihi. Maint contendents for 4th max f2p:

4. Queckaishan --> moved up the list very fast, and only has rc (3 lvls) and prayer (15 lvls) left

 

5. verie bad --> restarted playing, and since then became verie active ;)

 

6. mauranius --> i am persistent to max before summer vacation

 

7. water is nat --> is racing up ranks

 

8. Deu terium --> Is also slowing a bit down, but still has some easy lvls left

 

9. Gota h8 stds --> he will be top 10 to max f2p, but he is getting slow on lvls

 

10. Missoverflow --> needs a load of rc xp

 

 

 

but yeh really, I would love it if i would max within top 10 f2p :) (now ranked #11), i left mendark and mikecon out of this, since both of these players quit. For the rest i bet my list of maxing is 90% accurate :P :ugeek:

By the way AURA, nice work on the idea of expanding the list to 250, i had that idea in mind when i wasn't in the top 200. Umm... as for the bannner maybe still have the same title and you have now but maybe I can find a way with Adobe Pro to make the Title look a bit cooler and maybe add a nice background.. my bro might need to help me .. I think i can greenscreen in a cool abstract design behind the title "Top 250 F2P Skill Total". I'll try my best... If i cant i have some ideas that you could use if you would like.

 

 

 

P.S I think i lost 4 ranks this week :o Probably by the next update i will have 1330 total (+2 Total= 94 woodcutting, 91 magic) and that can have the potential of moving me back up to 163 :)

Most probably a perm quit :) but I will be there for events, maybe get some cb xp now and then... no idea actually :P I just know that I will spend more time on my health, my school and my music :)

I think Gustarx - Level 1310 can also be added into the list after it's extended.

Perm quit RS once achieve lvl 99 all? You can still keep on training some skills though. and going for some other goals. But after all, real life is more important, I guess people eventually need to move on to new stuff, lol.

 

 

 

I started my RS career during university, I still play even I am working now, but not as much compare to before, just working toward my goal one lvl at the time (hence I dont train the fast way, want to drag the game out as long as I can)

 

 

 

Even if I do get lvl 99 all, I might set new goals myself and slowly work toward it, after all, RS is a game that literally has no end. At least it relieve me of some daily stress.

 

 

 

Grats to new people making it to the list, and it will be nice to see the list expanded to 250. But I think we might have to limit the list to some point, otherwise it might be top 500 f2p, or top 1000 f2p....(I think top 1k is the really how high you can go). Speaking of which, what was the orginal listing? top 100?

i think my earliest memory of the top f2p list was when it was top 50.

I never knew the top f2p list existed until someone told me I was on it. I never really cared for it much but now I'm really working on getting a high rank on it. Why the sudden change? I don't think anyone cares.

Well, I never know the list existed until someone told me (thought it was a joke during that time), even after I saw my rank, I still train normally (I just like to train)

 

 

 

Nowadays, my rank doesn't seems to be going up anywhere even though I am gaining levels once in a while (since everyone else is training and bumping me down, lol)

The list has been updated and is now 250 players :)
