I was thinking yes for f2p, but maybe not for p2p if you include areas like the Temple from ME1 And ME2. Also remember Runescape has been out for a long time and has alot of players. There are so many ways to get from one place to another, and so many nooks and crannies between each place that you can explore, that it's virtually impossible.
