a skill called speed..

the higher your level.. there faster your attack

how long i've waited for that but 2 problems with it.

1. how do u train it.

2. it's already determined by the wep u use

lets just like def or att or str... but u can take a great axe and the speed of a d scimi

are you sick??? that would over power barrows sets far to much and just think about whip's pk'ers can hit 33's now easy and k0 with those just think if they could hit faster(X4!) :ohnoes: :ohnoes: :ohnoes:

~What's the point of horses if we can already move as it is? No one runs anywhere, it's all teleports. And running around isn't training a Skill, except in an Agility Course, sorry.~

You could be on the back of different types of animals:

Hellhound, horses, dragons (then flying), ....

I think it would be a very usefull skill.

For xp, you could grew the animals to get xp (like for herbs), or train them doing things (a bit like agility, but they would make the exercices and gain power ( a bit like in Pokeymon)

With it, animals could help and assist you, to get you items from bank, to help you in fights (like a dog) to make you reach some places faster, ...

And in the "green attitude" people more and more have, that make sense in my opinion

~Any Old Skill Updates are 500x better than New Skills, in my opinion. But Jagex sort of *has* to add New Skills, otherwise the old Players (who've payed over $300) quit. Then they lose money, and reputation.~

~I think Flying, Riding, ect. are useless. Everything in RuneScape, (with few exceptions) could have taken place in the 15th Century. I know, we didn't have magic, and stuff like that, but swords, crossbows, staffs, ect., we did have. We DIDN'T have flying Kalphite Queens...~

I think making the character graphics better would improve game play alot. What i mean is instead of everyone who plays runescape having the option of 8 hair cuts at 10 colours, maybe we could generate our own colours or styles?

P2P offers more and better ways of making money than f2p. That's one of the cons you just have to play with if you don't feel like having 1 bigmac meal less per month.

I don't think Jagex would implement a new skill for a bit but if they do I would guess it would be....

Archeology.

Now, I don't really think this skill would be much fun FOR ME, but they certaintly are looking as though it is being prepared (Digsite, Varrok Museum.) for a release into the game.

I'm still struggling with the current skills...

But I think, overall, some sort of Necromancer stuff or else Summoning wouldn't be bad, if a new skill was to come. However, I'd much rather have some more quests before skills. There's something about a quick goal that's just long enough for my short attention span that seems to please me...

Summoning...

oh.. you want proof?

Runescape.com -> news -> page 19 -> march 31

It says this:

Treasure hunt mini-game with a variety of rewards, including some new rare items.

Summoning spells - summon skeletons, demons, etc...!

A quest journal for you to read and recap what point you are up to in each quest. No more coming back to a quest after a break, and wondering what you are supposed to do next.

More random events, to give more variety, and lots of chances to win unexpected rewards.

More pets and followers with different properties and abilities.

Special organised game events on holidays.

Many new monsters such as Orcs, Lizardmen and more.

In game versions of our boardgames such as chess and draughts.

Second: Summoning spells!!!!!!!!!! =P~

ok... another proof:

Player owned houses - Each player will be able to have their own unique house. Use the new carpentry skill to make new/rare things for your house. Using the farming skill to grow herbs and plants in the grounds of your house. Build your own private party areas and shop areas, and more!

and...

Mutiplayer castle arena for massive team based wars!

Hmm.. construction and farming.. and... castle wars???

All came out.. that proofs it... :P

first off, looking at it, there are no lizard men either. second, jagex doesn't keep a lot of its promises, like randomly generated dungeons. third, they're going to tell us in behind the scenes if a new skill is coming. fourth, summoning is stupid. fifth, runescape is different than other other MMORPG's, or just MMOG's depemnding on how you define an RPG. jagex is going to keep it that way, and, summoning is in all of those.

Knitting. At level 1, you can make fuzzy mittens. At level 50, fuzzy rainbow sweaters. At level 99? Fuzzy pink toe socks.

~I'd really like a slow, slow, SLOW Skill, so that it will take like a year to get 99. That way, the lower-Leveled Players can do the current Skills, while the higher-Leveled ones can try to get 99 in such a SLOW, AGITATING Skill. Yup.~
