September 15, 200718 yr well, there are other guides on bots, but I wonder if the "Lure" method (dropping d hides, bones) to get them to go into the dragon's fire would work :-k Interesting concept. My guess would be that they have TONS of arrows, probably upwards off 100k sometimes. That in itself would be good enough for me :) Good guide, nice idea. I engineered this thread with precise variables that I know would cause lul-worthy flames.

October 17, 200718 yr Just because someone doesn't talk to you doesn't mean they are a bot or if you check the hiscores, or if they have a werid name. No, it certainly does not, but Jagex asks us to report any and all suspicious behavior, not talking when talked to, odd names with sequence/simple words, not collecting rare drop, common, and or arrows, is considered suspicious. Good guide, where exactly is the dungeon, I can't find the cave :-k He is absolutely right, you wont get in trouble for reporting a suspicious bot, when it turns out to be a player. I think when a certain amount of proof comes toward being a bot, go for it! and about getting picked to be a mod...its not about making billions of reports, its about your conduct, and ability to show you can hold that responsibility good guide tho! one more way to annoy those pesky bots! October 18, 200718 yr Bots names usually have numbers, i find. they also have random words/letter arrangements, so that one letter gets starred out. all the harder to report you, my dear!
October 23, 200718 yr Let me ask you, are you a mod yet? i am surprised jagex has not ip banned you and deleted all ur rs accounts for making fake reports yet. Somewhere on http://www.runescape.com (I dont remember where -.-) Jagex said *THEMSELVES* that anyone you suspect of macroing you can report. If they are macros, they're banned. If they're not, then they are not banned and you dont get in trouble. On topic: Nice guide, I'll have to try this out sometime :

October 31, 200718 yr at first start talking, i always do it like this: "hi!" "are you macroing?" "..." "hello?" "are you macroing!!!!" "gonna report you!!!" "3" "2" "1" "reported" I hate it when people do that, if you're going to report a macro just report them. DON'T spam the chat with 10 messages, spamming is rulebreaking aswell you know. But it isn't spamming if you give them a chance to reply and do it over the course of 2 minutes. And it's only fair to give someone a minute or two to respond before reporting them. I'm very annoyed at bots; I've stopped yew cutting altogether because it just isn't worth it when there's usually 10 bots on every level.
