I think that the movie will disappoint many. It's guaranteed, unless everyone that loves the Simpsons went into the movie with low hopes. It'll be funny, and it'll be just another long simpsons episode. There's also a possibility they're planning to cancel/end the show soon...only a slight chance though, I think. June 12, 200719 yr A lot of people aren't expecting much, but I for one truely believe that this WILL be a funny movie. If it can rekindle the sense of humor used in the older seasons, then yes, it will succeed. We'll just haveto wait until the movie comes out to make our judgements.

I never really care for any movie out of an (animated) t.v. show. Why should I care anyway. Everybody is so hyped about this movie, but I really can't see why. June 12, 200719 yr Quadruple figures, actually. :-P I think that this will be a huge letdown, based on how much advertising there has been. I assume I'll be laughing throughout, but it's not likely to be much more than a longer episode. The code in my sig should say 1032 not 0132.

June 12, 200719 yr I can't wait.... I recon this could be one of the biggest box office movies of all time (also gonna be the most pirated cartoon of all time, due to smaller file size). I've watched two trailers and that's all i'm watching... too many movies have been ruined for me by watching too many trailers lol.

A trailer is like what, 3 minutes of the movie? I still don't think a great trailer equals a great movie. I'm on the same page with you HOPING that it'll be good, 'cause I'm a hige Simpsons fan, but putting all your hope into the movie just because of the trailer may end up letting you down.
