the_tallest, you sound like a broken record. Every time a thread like this pops up, you come in here on the ever so moral high horse. Perhaps, for once, you can stop to think that it just might not be about post counts and egos, but the community's way (yes, community, seeing as many people of the forum engage in the threads) of saying they're dissatisfied by the thread. Because we don't like the topic doesn't equal to us ignoring it. As this is a forum, we're entitled to show and/or share our dissatisfaction.

 

 

 

Even if you ignore all of the above, consider this: Surely you can't see anything more in this than spam/flaming and should lock it? I didn't know Hamlets could become admins.

Bubsa, I only ever see the same people complaining about these topics when they're harming nothing. 10 people (or whatever arbitrary number) do not make a forum majority.

There are plenty of things on this forum and this board in particular that have no point (this is assuming room for discussion is a must). I was under the impression the forum was here for entertainment, fun, and the general enjoyment of the users. This thread is obviously causing serious harm if it's left open so I have no clue what I was thinking.

 

 

 

I find it rather funny that someone not being lock happy is a problem. If you want to discuss it further go make a topic in forum suggestions if for nothing more than courtesy to the topic creator. Their thread doesn't need an offshoot conversation to help keep it bumped or to drive it further off course.
