Jard_Y_Dooku
Just figured I would post the new monsters' stats from today... PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I'VE MISSED ANY! Even if their name is only slightly different! This is linked to from the Bestiary updates thread, BTW - (Click here) and they are also posted on my Ultimate Monster Examine Guide Other: Skeletons: Undead Barbarians: Barbarian Spirits: Dragons: Never trust anyone. cardovilian
I'm not disputing your findings but, if those are Slayer Monsters, why aren't they on the Slayer Guide list? Why is 'common sense' so named, when there is so little of it about?Welcome to puberty, we've been expecting you.

Artemis_42
I would assume that the various skeleton barbarians (Skeleton Hero, Skeleton Thug, ect) can be killed for when you have skeletons as your assignment. Same with Brutal Green Dragons when Green Dragons are assigned. But how do waterfiends fit into this as a slayer monster? Infernosage4
I'm not disputing your findings but, if those are Slayer Monsters, why aren't they on the Slayer Guide list? It doesn't mean that they are a Slayer Monster... It means you can get them in a slayer task or that they count towards a slayer task. For example, you can kill the Brutal Green Dragons now under a Green Dragon task. 269 QP | All Stats 60+ (except Summoning) | Barrows Drops: 8 | Dragon Drops:

cardovilian
Thanks Jard_Y_Dooku for the updates Yes, nice post, sorry if it's been a bit hijacked by responses to my (hurried) reply, but it appears that you have covered all the bases. As for them being Slayer monsters, I take on board what others have said as fair points, but would point them to the last part of Artemis' post regarding Waterfiends. What in the heck?! I didn't even notice it said Waterfiends were a slayer monster... maybe they're now assigned? Like Pyre and Ice fiends? Guess we'll find out sometime... I must remember to find the Slayer XP of the monsters in this dungeon. :P No max hit for Angry Barbarian Spirit and Mith Dragons? :? Angry barbarian spirit's max hit is 18, like the other two. halo2_rocks7
Nice work Jard. To those people who don't understand why these are Slayer monsters: As Dork said, you now (presumably) get them as Slayer tasks. Thanks Jason321 for the sig!^ Proud to have served the Tip.it Crew Drops: 2x D Chain, 1x D Legs, 2x D Left Half, 1x D spear, 2x D med (monsters), 5x D Med (Barrows), 4x D Axe, 2x Zerker, Abyssal whip x1, 7x D BootsBarrows items: 55 (not counting the meds)
Makoto_the_Phoenix
Brutal Greens could probably be used in place for Green Dragon tasks. As for the Waterfiends, I have no clue. Immune to poisons, eh? That'd explain why neither emerald bolts(e) nor rune darts(p) were bothering them. Atomic_Boss
man, and to think half the people that read this have never got a skeleton task. thats too bad.
Ginger_Warrior
'Slayer Monster' refers to the fact they can be assigned as a slayer task, not that they require a particular level to slay. This information's great Jard Y Dooku. Kudos to you, and for posting this in a seperate topic! It's a realy useful guide, but that other thread takes about five mins to download and my Internet usually freezes. | Favourite Game Music | Last.fm | HYT Friend Chat Rules |
