Adam007
I can't get much more relaxed at any other place than my house, so I don't really have a place where I go to "just relax." I do go camping once a year though like you, and it's a different type of relaxation. It's nice being away from the world but after a few days I start really missing the comforts of home. Randox
If I wanted to get out of the house a bit on short notice seedoing is always good. But my home away from home would be my brothers house. I stay with him sometimes because he is a 5 min walk from my school, where normally I have a 1- 1 1/2 hour commute (part car, part bus).
Hitman247m
There's this park about 20 minutes from my house, it's pretty big.. but anyway, theres this river running through, and off to the side, theres this bench. It's far away from everything else, and not many people know about this spot, very relaxing, just watching the water flow by...

Stilev
after doing cross-country, and long distance track, there is shorta a distance crew, and there is huge horse ranch we found about an 8 mile run through 4 different rivers, heavy forest area, cross a few bridges, and such, the run there is so nice becasue you see all different kinds of wild flowers, and plants, you run next to this really big river, i mean like 200-300 feet across, but the best thing is there is this one part, you see this horse ranch, and although its a hell of a way out there, its so fun to just see the horses run around, we dunno who owns it, the farm house is miles, and miles away, this just part of it, if i ever find out who does be nice to meet him

No_OnE
My friend's home is my home away from home. His mom is like my really good aunt and the rest of his family is practically my family. I don't really have any secluded, peaceful spot that I like to go to or anything.

Icingdeath
I go out into my grove, which was made into a large woodsball area for paintball. I just walk around or hang out in one of the bunkers. I really wouldn't call it an era. It was more of a definitive time period during which dinstinctive characteristics were expressed in similar ways. nine naked men
My treehouse ftw! \ It was this thing me and my Dad built when I was like, 5, or something, and it's all overgrown with vines and stuff, but it's really peaceful. So, it's a really nice place to be, just to get away from it all. sleep like dead men wake up like dead men
assassin_696
A little village down in Cornwall where we go twice a year, some of my happiest memories are down there. Idyllic, it's perfect. "Da mihi castitatem et continentam, sed noli modo"

Satenza
Paris With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. In those days though the spring always came finally but it was frightening that it had nearly failed.

Chocobodude0
For me, it would probably be my friend's house, he lives 3 or 4 miles away from me. I've known him for years, we always hang out there.
Lenin64
theres a small forest near my house with a creek running through it where me and my friend go to hang out, talk about girls, politics, red vs Blue (the series has ended by the way :anxious: ) and we often burn things, but the fires are small and controlled, and give off little smoke to attract people to see whats going on. i havent been recently...I should give hima call...
