knives669
It's not too late to change. The only thing we can do is try to set a good example for future generations. :D At least it'll solve the Paris Hilton problem once and for all.
Rebdragon
Oh, anyone who watches GITS knows we're completely ethically screwed over technology-wise. [if you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.] Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series. Matok
Just move to Australia, I doubt anyone would nuke Austrailia... Or Israel, I doubt anyone would nuke Israel... :D But seriously, as someone who lives in a country which is not the most popular in its area and the fact that Iran are on nuclear bomb developing process,i must admit that we are having a lot of "what if" discussions lately. Recently i had this dream were i am at a playground outside my house, watching the kids spining on the carousel and then in the distance...mushroom cloud...i shout as the kids and me starts melting and our bones turns to dust..and then i woke up thinking..omg i am turning into Sarah Connor... Anyway, as sting said: i hope the iranians love their children too..

Sure we could put off the melting of the poles for a few more decades but we can't prevent it. We had our chance and we blew it. It's too late for oil, and were not doing nearly enough research into alternative energy. Speaking of which, not only is oil running out but so is coal, so without two main forms of energy were screwed in the years to come. You can't ever find a place that's nice and peaceful, because there isn't any. You may think there is, but once you get there, when you're not looking, somebody'll sneak up and write "(bleep) you" right under your nose. Try it sometime. I think, even, if I ever die, and they stick me in a cemetery, and I have a tombstone and all, it'll say "Holden Caulfield" on it, and then what year I was born and what year I died, and then right under that it'll say "(bleep) you." RayOxide
Deary me. Our generation is okay, at this time. The wars are overrated, and I don't think most of these wars are correct. Our generation will live, but the fact is... Our generation has been overtaken by Gangster-Wanna-be rappers, which make numerous teens and even people under ten act like a gangster... Whilst, so many people have an obsession with hating 'emo's' when they're not as bad as Gangster-Wanna-be's. That's, in my opinion.. I dont need a siggy no moar. Satenza
People grow up. With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. In those days though the spring always came finally but it was frightening that it had nearly failed.

Only if you think in terms of generation, their generations problems are mine now. TotalTalker
Dont worry about it. By the time that they realise the bad things that are around now, they all may be gone.

IGoddessI
Whether you believe or not, generations are changing. If you need proof, race your parents in sending a text message or email. Ask someone over the age of 26 years, about how they can change the world. Ask someone under the age of 26 years, how they can change the world. Ask someone over the age of 26 about a dream career then go ask someone under 26. You just need to ask and open your eyes, generation Y care a lot more about the world and are more technologically advanced, they have bigger dreams, goals and visions. The only people who tell you that you can't do something are those who have already given up on their own dreams so feel the need to discourage yours.
