I had a very very busy week this week. I recently became the Head Admin of my clan Goldskillers, and I did a lot of work 2 weeks ago on it. I also put off a lot of school work. This week was my catch-up week for school and I had some volleyball as well.

 

 

 

So now I'm free and back to slayer. Trolls atm.

Well, my credit card expired and I won't be able to renew my members for a week or so. I'll be f2p for this time. I sold most of my p2p weapons (including my bgs) and armor so they wouldn't be stagnant money in my bank.

 

 

 

Decided to prepare myself.

 

 

 

Looted MTK soon.

 

 

 

 

Did my final clue.

 

 

 

 

Used some, but not many, charms.

 

 

 

 

 

And got down to crafting some gems.

 

 

 

 

Members ends sometime today or early tomorrow. I will be getting 70 smithing in f2p. If I finish that, I'll be rcing.

I managed to get some smithing xp today, but no levels. I really do hate this skill. :wall:

 

 

 

Any faster and fairly cheap method would be great.

As for smithing training, steel platebodies are good but expensive. kn1gh7 wrote a great smithing guide here. the prices are probably outdated, but there are plenty of good methods in there.

It's good to be prepared, but you act as if you'll never be a member again! :ohnoes: You did your "final" clue?! :shock: Oh well, try to have fun smithing in F2P! It's an annoying skill, but you'll find a way to get over it. ;)

A little update to what I've been doing. I currently have 66 smithing. and got 76 magic as well. All of the pictures are on my other computer which is currently broken. That's why I haven't update this. :wall: :P

 

 

 

I've been very busy with volleyball this past week. We won our league tonight and we'll be working towards a state title soon.

 

 

 

Don't worry about me though, I'll be around. I'm plowing through the 7k superheats till 69 smithing. I have ~4k left I think. It may be less though.
