The media does this sorta thing all the time to celebrities in magazines but they don't go suing the paparazzi all the time (there are a few cases).

If not then by all means he can sue them for whatever reasons he wants... he also probably had select things that he didn't want that image used for that would be in a contract... And your definition doesn't make sense, either. Gangsters in the '20s, wthat did they do? They sold illegal drugs, participated in human trafficking (prosistution being one form of that), and killed those who posed a threat to them. 80 years later, what do modern-day "gangstas" (not the majority of mainstream rappers or the guys who are MTV regulars, I mean the people who really live in poor, almost-lawless communities) do? The exact same stuff. Sure, they dress and act differently, but the things they do are virtually the same. I still think you're getting your info off MTV or something. :|
