Let This Die and Lock It.

"Do Something" X, actually slows things down, such as cutting gems, and stringing bows...its just more practical for afkers who go do something else while they are skilling.

I am against this idea.

I am sorry to say but I am against this. In fact they need to get rid of all "x" skill options. I don't know why they are making the game "easier" for people to get capes of achievment. How can you feel you achieved somthing from just sitting and clicking 2 times to get a bunch of xp?

I feel bad for all the people who got 99 cooking before the cook x update. Now with the current fletching update I feel your pain. I have 96 fletching the old school way... none of that string x crap. If kids dont know when to stop clicking and complain about getting carpol in their wrist, thats their fault.

NO support at all. I find firemaking fun at times, it's a very good distraction, one of the few things that requires full concentration in Runescape. If they were to add an X option for this, the skill would become worthless and the easiest skill to get a 99 in. It's massive xp is balanced by the attention to need to pay to the skill. So no, it would ruin the skill in my opinion.

There's no such thing as regret. A regret means you are unhappy with the person you are now,

and if you're unhappy with the person you are, you change yourself. That

regret will no longer be a regret, because it will help to form the new,

better you. So really, a regret isn't a regret.

It's experience.

I beg to differ.

But really, the only "X" function I think was needed was cooking and that is because I could never click my fire with people standing on it.

But I do not get how it would be like chop x or mine x? When you're woodcutting your character continuously cuts until that tree is gone.. You may have to click a lot from tree to tree, or you may have to click 1 or two times for a full inventory of logs. So you can't compare burn x to woodcutting because you may really only click a few times compared to firemaking which you have to click a lot..

Same with mine x, if you clicked mine x and entered a number it wouldn't make a difference because you only get one ore per rock anyways.. Mine x wouldn't work, as to where burn x would..

I said this because skills like mining, woodcutting, and firemaking are skills that require patience and such. If Jagex created a "burn-x" or other items I mentioned, it would be the equivalent of using a macroer. I can understand why they implemented "cook-x", because if we you clicked on say a lobster, then the fire 27 times or something, the fire would go out before you finish (and you's get carpal tunnel)
