August 4, 200718 yr I don't have any good friends on RS, apart from those I know irl (which are rarely online these days). It would make buying/selling items more difficult, but the forums could replace that. I really couldn't care less about private chat; I keep it off most of the time anyways (especially since 90% of my training is afk...) If I turn on my private chat when buying/selling something, I usually get flooded by noobs asking for free stuff or wanting to be friends; I'm glad I sold that green partyhat -.-

August 4, 200718 yr You could always chat with them ingame. :) (Just not through PM's) So, I would just hangout with all my friends when I want to talk to them. I do that as it is anyways, but it would just complicate things a bit. Would I quit? The simple answer to that is No.
