Player Reporter suggestion

Dear Jagex:

I think you should select some players that made good report abuse for macroer (mainly), and give them a blue crown. (I didn't choose bronze because it's easily confused between gold). And grant them 10 seconds interval between report abuse instead of 60. I call it "Player Reporter." With that, you could probably arrange reports query by Player Mod #1, Player Reporter #2, the rest of the players #3 so it can shorten your time reading reports.

Do you why I asked you to shorten the interval to 10 for a "Player Reporter"? When I found 20 different yew macroer wearing same clothes and level 3. I don't have time for 20 minutes reporting each macroer. Do you know how much a Player Report would help for this? It would shorten to 4 minutes of reporting abuse.

Thank for reading.

I Support

When i do happen to walk by macros i always try to report them. But eh 60 seconds is too much so i get 1 or 2 reported before i have to go. So i support.

Decent idea, also.. a Right Click > Report button whic brings up the report interface filled in with the name you clicked could also be handy.

Well anyway, i got another idea for this, im nto sure if its posted here, itsw been like an hour since i read it last, sorry, vut if u were to be allowed to report multiple people, but still keep the 60 second time limit, that way it doesnt matter if u have to wait 60 seconds, u get it all done in 10.

Its a nice idea although i would much rather prefer if they just let all players have that amount of time between reports.....its so hard sometimes to tell the difference between actualll bots and just gold farmers.....i think the thing you need to look for is if they have an chiniese type name....

interesting idea....i support....

-One day while chopping mages i traded an autoer and he gave me all his magic logs ROFL!

I'm not sure how well this would be applied in-game. I don't know anybody who stands around yew trees reporting autoers.

I do however support the idea of shortening time between reports.

You, my friend, do not know me. :D

Well, not really, but I do report quite a few when I have time. I do like this idea though. With a little more specifics (like 10 second interval only for macroers), this would work well with probably less corruption than Player Mods.

I do like reducing the amount of times between reports. Although I don't know alot of people who report macroers 24/7.

I report a macroer whenever i see them, as I walk by. But I'm not going to wait to report a cluster, so they're losing valuable reports.

I think it should be "can't report SAME PLAYER in 60seconds".

I do the exact same thing, walking by the yew tree next the chapel in Varrock, I always report one autoer as I pass by; however, I never stop to report all of them.

I like this idea, its gives them a little more power than regular players, but a little less than actual player moderators so they don't have to do as much of a background check on them. Plus I know how it feels to go past a yew tree add all of the macros to your friends list and then check and report them for the next 30 minutes to an hour while your trying to do something else.

Good idea, it could relieve a good deal of the stress laid upon us Pmods so we can use our time reporting other rulebreakers then macroers. And people reporting macroers jsut to get the blue crown isn't much of a problem since it would just help the cause.
