Gibson SG 3D guitar.

I ran into some problems in the texturing phase of the sauna and also grew bored into it so I decided to start another project - a bit more traditional one: a guitar.

Here are some images of the modeling process.

If you spot any inaccuracies, please report. ;)

I hope I'll get this one finished with materials.

the top string is to thick even for a 0.10 set.. (that means the low E should be at a o.48)

and i dont think you can plug a plug into that.. since the screw is directly ontop of the guitar :P

Might be high gauge strings, and lots of guitars have their inputs on the front of the body (Explorers, Vs).

Modelling is very nicely done, but an SG! Ewww. Do a Strat.

It's bright, and blue, and shimmering

Grinning wide

And comforting me with it's three warm and wild eyes

You may be right about the strings, but check this pic.

2 things, isnt the shape alittle bit deformed? according to the propective the lower left part of the guitar is alittle bit twisted

and, you should make the area where the plug goes in, darker! as if theres a hole there 8)

i got a japanese fender strat, 8) 2 amg agressive pickups wilkinson bridge. and an extra gadget my teacher added, it allows me to combine more pickups with eachother... something weird

The inlays are a bit too big, and the ones at the 12th fret should be closer together.

Just going to do dot inlays? :( *Personal [specialInterest] to get rich and then be able to have all the inlay he wants! Mwahahwahwa*

You've done this, and a Strat, now how about a ESP F-400 ;)

Oh and looking at it, I don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t think the mother of pearl inlays in the fret board are set at the right spacing. I could be wrong thought̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ

you should never attempt to insert a floppy disk in a 56X CD-ROM drive, as floppy disk shrapnel hurts
