Championfurydelta123
:-k :-k Hi,I'm a lvl 80 F2P with:64 atk 71 str 60 def and 66 hp I have tried lesser demons and ice giants/warriors but i cannot last so long so its not even worth it.Plus things like hill giants moss giants are too populated with people that i cannot get 1 to kill...Are there any monsters that i can train on that do not hit very hard and has over 30hp.If there are please notify me.(By the way I only use salmon and trout for training...)OR if you can just give me a easy way to train atk that would be fine. I wear full rune, str ammy.rune scimmy. fighter boots, rune shield, red cape. Thank You :D By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest. - Confucius

full_metal
I would highly recommend either the minotaurs or flesh crawlers in the SOS, both have their advantages. Minotaurs drop a lot of iron arrows that you can use for training range or sell for a profit, and flesh crawlers auto attack so its a lot easier to train. If you wear full rune both should barely damage you at all and if you do get low on health you can go catch some fish in the village. ^Click for the greatest sig maker ever!If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature. Goobore
:-k :-k Hi,I'm a lvl 80 F2P with:64 atk 71 str 60 def and 66 hp I have tried lesser demons and ice giants/warriors but i cannot last so long Your being High level does not mean that you should train on High level monsters. High level monsters are for Loot, low level monsters are for Exp. ...Are there any monsters that i can train on that do not hit very hard full_metal's advice was good. Use the SoS ...and has over 30hp. Why? What matters is that you are hitting something constantly. As long as you have another monster nearby, the HP doesn't really matter. ...if you can just give me a easy way to train atk Jagex doesn't really want AFK activities in Rs. I wear full rune, str ammy.rune scimmy. fighter boots, rune shield, red cape. You could consider using a Power ammy instead of the Strength ammy and then get yourself a 5 gp, 4 dose F2P strength potion from the Apothecary in Varrock. (He wants 5 gp, Limpwort roots (hobgoblins), and red spider eggs (ground spawn)) Hope this helps
Doomster
There are only 3 ways to "work" the Lessers at Karamja/Crandor. 1. You have 35 + fishing (and cooking) and fish and cook Tuna or better 2. You have good enough cooking for Tuna, and buy raw at the store, or pick up dropped at the pier and cook 3. Buy cooked Tuna at the store I'm less than 80 combat, and I can usually extract a Rune helm or two from the Lessers in a couple of loads of food (method 1, in my case - Lobs or Tuna/Sword mix). Championfurydelta123
Ty you all i think SOS is the most popular place for me then i guess. But do any of you think white knights castle is a good place for me ? Yes i also did take the advice of changing into a power ammy plus i had str pots stocked already =P By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest. - Confucius
Goobore
... do any of you think white knights castle is a good place for me... You should be able to kill non-stop for hours at a time on the first or second levels of the SoS. You will need very little food. That's about the fastest melee training available in F2P. I don't think that you can do as well on White knights. You earn exp according to HitDone*4 So the overall HP of the monster really doesn't matter. All the matters is that you are getting those hits in. If you have lots of monsters available that you can hit and if they can't/don't hit you, then that's about as good as you can get. The SoS is exactly that. Hope this helps

Jimmyw3000
The men in edgeville are sumtimes populated but keep hopping. They're 7hp so you wont need any armour (unless you love wearing it for decorationaly purposes) and they spawn quite quick. You could also try the chickens at champs guild as they drop feathers, which you can sell. These methods are quite fast but you dont get very good drops. At his level those are both horrible suggestions. His hits would be capped at 7 or 3, but he can prbably hit alot higher. The SOS is the best place for F2P to train.
