Even if there was no nudity, or skin, there was enough to suggest a sex scene in the next strip. Which is good enough to call it a sexual conversation/actions.

You know, if that was me in Ash's spot, I would have gone for the kill in there. But I can't think about doing that as I'm a female. Try to picture yourself as a female, makeing out with another female, in a practical situation. No matter what I think your still going to think one of your body parts..(and I mean any not specifically saying one), to be male, your hand may be larger, you may have facial hair, something will flash in your eyes reminding you that your male. I wonder if Ash think's she will be a dirty person if she does such a thing,even though she would if she was still a guy.
