(why do u think the capes were changed so fast hmm maybe a petition) So basically this will remain unseen and since no p2p person will post on behalf of a f2per nothin will happen. I think there are many members that would like to use this on f2p worlds for clanwars as well. And then add a note in the first post, where the topic can be found on Jagex forums. :wink:
