I, for one, am glad they have stopped churning out quests. I was sick to death of getting two rubbish "mail man" quests every month. I'd much rather have one challenging quest every other month than two "get X items for Y npcs and use your level 30 skills to kill a 'fierce' level 50 boss that can hit 5s" quests every month.
