and this level 3 came and like screaming that santa hat is lame..

 

there were player mods around too btw

 

 

 

so here it goes..

 

 

 

i told her that santa hat isnt lame, no offense but i think ur saying that coz u cant afford it.

Just because the pmod didn't mute the player, doesn't mean they didn't do anything. Maybe they reported them using the report abuse button?

 

And calling names like that may not be enough to get a permananent ban...maybe they got black marks or temp. muted?

I am a player mod and I did not see anything there that reqired a mute. Jagex has specific rules regarding mutes. As a mod you can not just go around throwing mutes at anyone that you see.

 

And, technicly player mods do not have to do anything.

Yes, there are idiots in the game. However, it is sadly not against the rules to be an idiot in game.

 

 

 

Therefore, the P-Mod couldn't really do anything. They're role is to report rulebreaking when they see it. They have a mute tool to help protect the game even furthur. That mute is for saving people from being scammed and talked to by a blatant predator. Not for saving people from idiots sadly.

 

 

 

Besides, what did you expect the mod to do? Are you aware that if the mod had stepped in it would have been the mod getting abused? Mods get enough abuse, they don't need more.

 

 

 

You could have just put her on ignore. That is the simplist solution, is extrodinarily easy to do, and works better than any mods interference would have.

It might've been amusing to the Pmod and he didn't bother to report OR (this is the part I most believe happened) you could just be making this whole thing up because you sent a message to Jagex asking to be a Pmod and they turned you down/ you just hate Pmods/ a pmod temporarily banned you for rulebreaking.

ingame, i'd report then, then add to ignore. no need to get worked up about someone who has nothing better to do than insult someone they've never met.
