Pulp Fiction

Pulp Fiction's essentially a cult film, and you really have to be quite intelligent to get the full effect of the movie. I thought it was awesome myself, though the rape scene was a little too graphic. The samuri sword butchery was brilliant though, aswell as the scene where the girl OD's on cocaine. The whole "What, i've got to stab her 3 times?" thing had me in stitches :)

I think the rape scene kinda freaked me out cuz I live in the land of the rednecks...

Also I think that the girl actually thought that she was taking cocaine, but it was actually heroine.

Lol when he gave her the shot was prolly the best part of the movie to me. :P

Basically, the story starts in the cafe. It goes from this point to about halfway in the movie where vincent is shot. Then it tells you what happened before they enter the cafe. The clothes are kind of a give away dont you think?

"This is some good coffee!" "Look, I buy my coffee so i can taste it. I don't need you to tell me how good my f@ing coffee is."

QT is godike. The day he stops making movies will be a sad sad day :(

Like people above said, watch this movie again. Hell, watch it 2-3 more times in the future. I think this is one of the movies where you need to watch it more than once to really appreciate it. I was like you when I first watched it, but after I watched it once or two again, it became my favorite movie, I've watched it countless times after that.

I found the needle scene very tense...that was probably one of my favorite parts.

Sorry to bump this thread up, I just love Pulp Fiction so much ;P

As the other people said: If you don't first understand how the story flows, watch it again. It isn't being told like a "normal" movie but if you're not sleepy you'll easily understand it watching it the first time. I watched it in like 1997 but I also have it on DVD and I just watched it again recently. It rocks :)

I had to watch this movie two or three times for it to make good sense, it's a great movie though.

Heh, it's fun to look back at a topic four years ago and see a post I made  . Even if it was hard to read due to punctuation and lack of capitalization.
