Eventually you do log out, even if a monster is still attacking you... and eventually you'll kill the rat... you can't miss EVERY fire-strike unless you seriously suck. :cry:

i did this untill level 40 mage, *cough* worst xp ever *cough*

everyone likes to afk but this just isnt the way.

my home pc to train magic(afk)

 

my laptop to do multitasking(surfing, doing paperworks, reading post in forums).

To avoid accidental killing, but possibly take more damage, wear dhides and cast element spell on the wizards south of fally. They are immune to spells of their same element.

Terrible guide. Not because it's poorly written or lacks detail. But because your method is absolutely horrible. Failed combat spells are, well, fail.

To all flaming: I actually had dismissed this technique as unreliable... however I gave it a go again after reading this and with some work it could be more useful.

Guys, fire strike method is epic fail I agree but if your really rich... well theres another uber AFK method... owns alching for the lazy VERY rich guy.....It's fail casting Fire wave, blast or bolt. I'd recommend blast because its in the middle, and ok exp. Each blast = 59 xp, alchs are 65xp, but take more concentration, and wayyy more clicking.

Fire blast gives 34.5 xp per cast, not 59 xp.

Doing it in multi combat seems stupid as anyone else can kill your rats.
