Been thinking about how rare the d chain drop is from Dust devils?

 

Thinking about going there, since i dont wanna spend the 11m on a chain or how much they are.

 

 

 

So whats your experience with the drop down there? :)

mostly 1 in 10,000. but its all depend upon luck.

for some reason, everyone says 1/10,000

 

i have idea where people get this from, nevertheless that figure is pretty accurate.

 

 

 

i also hear you can get a d chain from kal queen in a 1/85 chance. It might be better to do that?

dd are exelent training even if you dont get a d chain you will profit from the alchs and get exelent exp

Early this year I blogged killing 15,000 of them.

 

 

 

I didn't get a dragon chain, although I did get two left half (they were worth more back then), and two dragon spears.

 

 

 

I hear it's more like 1 in 20k as Jagex have "tweaked" the drop rate over the years.

You need to bear in mind that if a drop is 1/2000 every monster you kill has that chance.

 

 

 

Meaning if you kill 2000 it doesnt mean you will get the drop

i will say its 1/20000, what ive heard :-k

if the chance of getting a Dchain from a single DD is 1/20000 then you have to kill more than 45K devils to have a chance of more than 90% to get a dchain

i got a chain there in under 3k kills

but apparently that was really lucky, id say just kq for a week with a friend and your bound to get one
