Yes, but by defining them as "womanly traits", you made the statement that even if they exist in men, the only reason they got there was because of women. That brings on the conclusion that you believe the source of all benevolence and kindness is wholly from womankind, and the only reason it has ever existed within man is because women offered their trait to them through their relationships. Otherwise you would not define them as "womanly traits", but "human traits".

While I agree a test of 100 wallets isn't even nearly a big enough sample to draw conclusions like the one in the thread title, you can't say you'd be surprised if say, Harvard conducted a similar study with 10,000 wallets in the UK and ended up with pretty much the same results (men are more prone to material theft than women)

 

 

 

Acknowledging that doesn't make men look like thieves in general either. Women steal more by shopliftingÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâù than men do, even though women only account for 42% of shoplifters.

100 is a very low number for a good experiment

 

2.10 dollars + an obviously fake gift certificate aren't really good motivation to bother bringing it back
