November 15, 200718 yr You can do a WAY better outfit with an 11m budget. Heck, to make a spectacular looking costume, you dont need any money at all. Just have to be good in guessing what color matches what. Mixing light blue and dark blue... well, it looks kind of odd. 4/10 from me.
