November 26, 200718 yr You're charging to much and/or you didn't wait long enough and/or the price isn't close enough to the market price. So either charge less, wait longer or just wait for them to adjust the market price 76th to reach 99 Construction on 6th of February 2007379th to reach 99 Runecrafting on 4th of November 2007 Finally the secrets of goal achieving are revealed! November 26, 200718 yr What is becoming of the rants forum? We had another person ranting about how he was losing money from making green Dhide bodies... Just a fallout from the RSOF. All we have to do is shoo them away 76th to reach 99 Construction on 6th of February 2007379th to reach 99 Runecrafting on 4th of November 2007 Finally the secrets of goal achieving are revealed! November 26, 200718 yr Zomg!!1!!111!!! RSOF people have broken in, that's totally un-uber 1337. Seriously, find something to rant about, because this is not a rant, it's an 8-year old whining. [bleep] you all
November 27, 200718 yr 1. Chances are people are buying other peoples stuff, not yours. It works sorta like this: John puts 200 coal in for 180gp each at 7:00pm Jack puts 200 coal in for 180gp each at 7:20pm Ray wants to buy 200 coal at 180gp each, and chances are, he'll buy the one that's been there longer. Or, it's because someone is entering the smalles amount of money into it, and you're not getting it because the cost of yours is higher. Please don't whine. It's clearly obvious why it isn't working for you. I dont need a siggy no moar.
November 28, 200718 yr Just be patient. What he said :) My F2P Skiller's Blog |TFS- A 100% F2P Clan
December 1, 200718 yr firstly, how many people play runescape? secondly, how many people sell coal? There your answer, theres obvioisly more people selling coal then there are people buying coal. Just be patient the grand exchange sells the coal randomly to people. You just one of those 50,000 people who are also annoyed that their coal isn't selling Luck be a Lady
December 1, 200718 yr The whole point of the GE is that you can put stuff in there to sell and go off to do something else. If you want to sell it quickly just put at the minimum price or use the forums.
December 1, 200718 yr Omg!!!1111one!!!!!11!11!eleven!!!1 arrogant Tipiter alert! Stop being jerks and insult the guy. Act polite and kind, if you can't then please leave tipit...(IMO)
December 1, 200718 yr Raw material is easier sold at worlds like 1, 2, 3,..., I did a litlle test, those worlds are faster if selling coal or lobsters. Although, the Grand Exchange is better for armour. RSN:Mico1311 Combat: 82 Highest skill: Fishing 75 Playing time: From around August 2003 The guy in my avatar is Veso, a comedian mastermind.
December 2, 200718 yr Coal is messed up on ge like cooked sharks... Goals achieved: lvl 99 Cooking, Fishing and Fletching.Surrey CC and Liverpool FC fan for life!
December 3, 200718 yr I love buying cooked sharks for 650ea in GE, and rune bolts, weapon super poison, super sets, and pretty much everything else for cheaper prices than they were a week ago. Buy things while they are cheap, don't sell when they are cheap - there endeth sales lesson 101 :)
December 3, 200718 yr Wasn't one of the main points of the Grand Exchange the fact that you could do other things while still selling/buying what you needed? Granted, it'll take a while to sell, just like everyone else is saying. You have to consider the fact that it's not like you're competing in a single crowded bank within one world; your sale is compared to every other sale on the Grand Exchange among everyone in Runescape. But yeah. One of its purposes was to make trade more convenient by removing time wasted sitting in banks repeating the same "selling" message. Enjoy the time you're not wasting doing something productive or fun. :D *sigh*There is a link in my goals picture. <--An Unnecessary Update:O
December 3, 200718 yr You know, I've often wondered if Jagex should introduce lessons in trading when the players are on Tutorial Island. Or, I think most players are spoiled brats who have never really cared about money and its intricacies. If those kids who are underage play the game, they should at least have basic knowledge of the ins-and-outs of trading, and not begin to wail and curse about why their coal isn't selling on the GE. Oh, and they also have to begin applying some of the brainpower into the situation. Humans were born with intelligence, as the dominant species on Earth, and we should not let some noob crying out about his coal damage our collective reputation. Oh yes, this also applies to the bigger kids (those above 13 and playing the game) too... -.- My BlogJoin the Campaign for more F2P Bank Space![bleep], my parrot has better grammar than you.
December 3, 200718 yr Everybody is selling and nobody is buying ;), it's with all the items at this moment. Everything is way more cheap as normal.
