No, it isn't ridiculous. Strategy is needed to win in Clan Wars. Especially if the opposing clan has about the same number of people left as yours, hiding might be a good strategy as your clan can finish them off one by one as they fall into your hiding place. Clan Wars is supposed to be flexible enough to allow you to fight within an area which you can find any enemy inside with enough time, so long as you keep finding. Thus, as I prefer to fight out-front, I neither support nor oppose hiding.

I believe RuneScape is just a game. Period. It can be a socialist or communist society depending on your point of view. I would say it is more of a socialist one, as Jagex doesn't really interfere with most people's business unless they are breaking the rules.

Actually, since I'm F2P, I simply have that extremely bad feeling about this...as I guess that F2P will not even be allowed to touch Summoning at all. :( I'm just praying hard that someone at Jagex has a serious change of heart and releases Summoning for F2Pers too. Although whatever the outcome, I must reiterate that Summoning will be the most highly anticipated skill ever. And I applaud the spirit of all of you who are preparing for the release next year. Everywhere except Lumbride was a PKing zone back when I died in 2001. Ah, that's a bit far back... I only joined RuneScape in late 2006. Pardon me then, for my utter ignorance.

It wasn't in Lumbridge, it was more like the cow field near Lumbridge. How could you have been killed by another player in a non-PKing zone?

Strayed a bit to far into the Lumbridge Swamp, got attacked by an aggressive lvl 5 goblin, thought I could defeat him, and realised (when it was too late) that it was too late to escape. Lost some beginner rubbish.

I had a certain fascination for the symbol, irrational number and mathematical constant Pi (pronounced "Pie" if you didn't know) so I named my Runescape character after it. I don't regret that decision. Anyway any person who is 12 should know about that number.

If you have an opportunity, kill them. Period. Not only are you contributing to the anti-bot movement, you might also be able to get yourself some decent drops occasionally.

Oh yes, there are Ranged weapons that attacks faster than the Abyssal Whip. Ever heard of darts? Or knives? Or the dwarf multi-cannon? But I haven't come across a melee weapon that can surpass Speed 6 (which means, 6 blows in 15 seconds).

NO. Please consider the skillers. I wouldn't like it if I couldn't woodcut with a good axe just because my combat level was low. RuneScape is meant to be a game where you can choose your own path and destiny. If this gets implemented, players would need to follow down a marked path to increase their combat before they could even use a good woodcutting axe. If this gets into the game, Jagex will also need to ensure that the same is put in place for all of the other non-combat skills. I would be extremely -BLEEP- off if I don't get allowed to runecraft 5x air runes if my combat "isn't high enough". Thus, I whole-heartedly oppose this suggestion.

Maybe a free teleport like the Home Teleport would be good, as many people use the GE (like me!). Then I wouldn't need to make my way all the way from my workplace to just put a stack of runes up on sale. Although I wouldn't like walking back to my workplace from the GE either...
