i want to be a member but want the best armour to have for may stats

 

70 att 75 str 70 def

 

i can train for higher stats

 

i kno but 3rd age cant aford

Torags technically has the best defense, however the only part that stands out is the helmet. And I reccomend using a neitiznot/berserker helm to save money on repairs. Guthan/Dharok/Torag all have similar stats as far as the body and legs go. Similar in price too.

Basically, you are using a whip unless you need the set effect for some reason.

Depends on the situation. If you are using if for long term training and have a good supply of food and are willing to get more if need be, then Bandos. If you just want to see how hard you can hit with 1 hp, then Dharok's, if you are fighting Kalphite or players with high enough prayer, than Verac's, and if you are slaying, than Guthan's is good thanks to healing. Of course, long term barrows becomes even more expensive over time, so it's recommended you have high smithing and an armor stand as to save money. Torag's is good, too, as someone said.

A 3rd Age Plate gives -2 Stab, +15 slash, and +8 crush compared to Bandos Platebody.

-You're training on high defence monster with a lot of food -> Verac

 

-You're training as normally you do or slaying -> Guthans since it heals, and u dont need food

 

-If you're gonna mage -> Ahrim

 

-If you're gonna range -> Karil xbow

 

-If you can't afford the first 2 melee armors -> Torag

 

-If you like to take risks, being at less than 10 hp to hit high (70s) -> Dharok

 

 

 

The prices are:

 

 

 

Verac = 3.5m

 

Guthan = 6.9m-7m

 

Ahrim = 1.2m

 

Karil = 700k, Xbow = 300k~

 

Torag = 1.1m

 

Dharok = 2.5m

Erm...bandos is not the best defence, is barrows, check the bonuses, but bandos gives str bonus

That could repair a full barrows set at 50 smithing 160 times. From zero. Who here is going to spend 2400 hours in combat? Not even 99 slayer will make bandos more cost effective.

That could repair a full barrows set at 50 smithing 160 times. From zero. Who here is going to spend 2400 hours in combat? Not even 99 slayer will make bandos more cost effective.

 

 

 

and then u sell bandos when ur done and proberbly get all or most or even more money back.

I would recommend waiting a year or two... by then bandos armor might be a bit more affordable

guthans is realy great(6.9 mil), but if you cant afford it buy veracs.

Bandos is what, like 45mil or so. Torag is about 1.3-1.4mil. You would have over 100 full repairs for the price of bandos. Thats over 1500 hours of combat. Close to 2000 since I rounded way down on the number of repairs
