New wilderness - hell for clue scrolls?

I'm a nonmember, so I don't know. But with those new orcs hitting 30's on rune miners and people in the wilderness, is it affecting clue scrolls that need you to go to the wilderness to complete?

 

 

 

If so, and if Jagex choose not to fix it, what do you think will happen to the prices of level 3 treasure trail items (like third age)?

It's actually better in my opinion. I just did a lvl 3 clue, one of its clues was in wildy, and none of the creatures spawned and attacked me. Just take a load of food and you'll be fine.

The new creatures spawn, but act like normal monsters. Just avoid them as if you were avoiding a PKer. I managed to visit every major clue dig site in the wilderness today nekkid. I saw some new monsters plus mobs of them, but managed to avoid attack entirely.

I took a 30 min walk in the wildy starting in edge, went to bandits made 4 pizzas (got coins by killing a bandit). Then i proceeded to gd's green drags, hell hounds, rune rocks, etc... all wearing only a spot cape and lightness boots. I got tbed a few times, frozen, smacked by dragons (no antifre shield) and survived with an extra pizza back in varock.

 

 

 

so nothing changed, before update i never get pked doing clues and now i dont get killed either... tbh i dont remember last time i died in rs outside of safe mini games and it wont change now.

 

 

 

only thing missing is for ppl to stop freaking out and selling santas bellow 22m !

:thumbsup: thanks for that...you just laid my fears to rest ...lvl 3 clues are the only reason I go to the wildy, and from the vids I've seen of these new creatures I was about to give up treasure hunting ...good to know old pk'er avoidance techniques will work.

dang, forgot to go there. I wonder if they added the new npc in the agi course.

 

 

 

Im there now. Used ardy lever. had one revenant knight (lvl 126) spawn on the way to the course.

 

 

 

10 laps, no spawns...

those guys are intense.. 1st one i fought was a 126 revenant knight decent fight but it eventually killed me. 2nd one 105 revenant ork decent fight i killed it. They really don't seem like they are worth the effort put in to kill em. Unless they have some secret BA drop then i understand

Yes, now it will be much harder to complete clues in the wilderness...And I who always get's loads of clues which I need to bring into the wildy to complete...

Well there goes my source of income...I'll guess i should bring some high levels to distract the enemies long enough for me to do the clue and run...Doubt that will work <.<
