American law enforcement seems terrible if police officers can abuse their power that much. Don't you have any sort of rights to see proof of him being the real thing? Why is it that destroying objects is a one man decision? In fact, why are so many things one man decisions?

Also, the worst thing is that they can use abusive language as much as they like:

"Shut up, [bleep]face! You don't know [cabbage] about the law, you're just a high and [developmentally delayed] teen that cheated for his driver's license!"

:roll: God bless America.

One of the reasons why they don't read you your rights more often now is becuse of the new Anti-terror laws, and that Department of Homeland Security tells them that it is ok for them not to do it.

They are also starting sneak and peek searchs, and knock and talks searchs, were they just enter your car sneak and peek around with out telling you. Knock and talk searches is were they go to your home, and ask you to let them in your home and search it, with no warrant or probably cause. Boston is doing this to search students homes for guns and drugs. the reason for these type of searchs is to fight terrorism but they are also doing it for nomal crime.

:anxious: Pretty good story ::'

What a dumb-[wagon]. If I were you, I would've made a bad move and went for his taser. You did could keeping calm like that though. Thank God you got your stuff back. Last summer, I went to the movies with about 6 other people (My friend, his gf and her friends.) and we were all aloud in except my friend and his gf, cause the dumb guy said they 'looked too young'. I started swearing at him and ripped my ticket and I think I might have spit on him. We ended up getting some nice old lady to say she was their grandmother or something and when we walked into the theatre, I threw my pop on the ground and gave the guy the finger :XD:.

Yeah I'm bad in those situations..
