It's pretty good, especially for a first sig, but the background texture is laid on a bit thick for my taste. :P

And i created the background myself using some brushes and mostly the pen tool :)

Very nice job on this one, I prefer the second one too. For improvement, you could use some more colors and the text could be a bit clearer. But it's really good like it is now.

And again, it was my first signature with a render + i haven't photoshopped in about a year.

 

But i just used some basic effects, brushes and alot of handowrk with a pen tool.
